Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after being placed.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
International: Delivery times vary by destination

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after a shipping label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and reach out to our support team. We will assist where possible.
