RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below before submitting a return request.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with any original tags and packaging intact.

Return Authorization Required

Before sending any item back, you must contact us for return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
